You’re probably wondering what steps to take, or MAYBE you have a few questions before deciding to book…

 

I’ve listed out a few helpful steps and topics that I frequently get asked questions on. If you still have questions, please feel free to contact me!

BOOKING YOUR SESSION.

So you dig the vibes I’m putting out, and you feel like we’re a great match and you want to book. Awesome!

The first thing you’ll need to do is head over to my connect page, fill out the form, and send an inquiry. Please fill it out to the best of your ability. Keep in mind: The more info I have from you, the better!

If it really feels like we’re a great fit, I will send over my booking calendar. You’ll be able to view the available dates for the type of session you’re interested in, and from there you can reserve. *Session will not be confirmed until first payment is made.

paying for your session + cancellation policy.

After you’ve selected the date you want, and reserved it. You will be emailed with a quote, contract, and invoice. Once all items are completed and first payment is made within 24 hours, you will be locked in the booking calendar and we can begin planning the fun stuff!

The non-refundable booking deposit is 50% of your total session’s cost and it serves as a “cancellation-fee”. We more so like to call it a rescheduling-fee here because you are able to use the deposit as a credit to a future session. If you are unable to make your session I ask that clients please try to contact me 72 hours in advance so I can plan accordingly. Please keep in mind that if you’re rescheduling your session, it will be a date that is next available. Also current pricing is not guaranteed if rescheduling in future, so there may be additional fees.

During the day of your session.

On the day of our session, I will arrive to the location we decided up ahead of time to scope out the area / setup. The only thing you need to worry about is bringing yourselves, your smiles, and whatever items we may have discussed that you could incorporate in your session. You need not worry about knowing how to pose, or model. We are not aiming for models and perfect poses here. I’m here to guide you and make your feel comfortable through it all.

delivery of your digital online gallery.

After your session, I'll head on over to my “cloffice” space and get down to business to prepare + edit only the best images from our session together. I will then upload them to your private online gallery for where you can view them and select your images included in package, and/or order prints. Online gallery will be emailed to you, and from there you can directly login to see your session. I do also recommend having some tissue nearby because you may shed a tear or two. Not sad tears, though... Happy tears, always happy tears.

prints and other products.

Say goodbye to having your images left on your hard drive, and say hello to seeing them beautifully printed out and hanging on your wall! You can simply order professional high quality prints, canvas, framed prints, even cards through your online gallery with just a click of a button. Prints are fulfilled by a professional printing company on the mainland. I even put together some printing packages that you can choose from. I highly recommend ordering your prints through your online gallery vs. getting them printed at quick 1-hour local drug store for the best quality prints.

waredrobe tips.

I often get asked on this topic. YES YES YES. I’m here for it. It’s one of the perks while working with me. A lot of my clients are great with styling themselves, but they still trust and love to get my input. I’ll be there to guide you along the way. Feel free to text me while you’re shopping, and send photos of your finds. I’ll even send you images of my finds, too! It’s most important that you FEEL good and comfortable in what you’re wearing. I’d never lead you astray, I got your back. Always.
