I first found Sheena when she was doing these cool mini holiday sessions in this retro VW van. I wanted to do one so bad, but didn’t have the money to do them yet. Not until, our family was getting ready to leave Hawaii, I wanted someone to capture exactly how beautiful Hawaii is but also how much our family loves it, and she did both! Sheena was so patient with our crazy family and she made it fun, she didn’t just make us pose in one place, she let us have fun, she let the kids and mom and dad run around in the water. If I’m honest, my husband and I got into a little argument on the way to our session, but Sheena was still able to get him to laugh with the kid’s and smile, which can be a pretty hard thing to do in my husbands case, we ended up making up because we had a great time. We will forever cherish the photos she took, the quality of them are so profound we have them Displayed in our living room.
